Ozempic rocks!

Well, folks, I'm calling it done after a year and a half! I've dropped 81 lbs and feel amazing. Was aiming for 180, but 185 feels right. My diabetes is GONE - A1C was 13.4 in July of '23, and it's 5.5 as of yesterday. Still on 2.0mg and sticking with it. Gut issues are a thing of the past as long as I'm smart about what I eat. A little constipation, sure, but fiber and a gentle stool softener take care of it. Once the weather warms up, I'll get back to biking to work. Can't wait to see how much more tone I can get! Not bad for a 58-year-old, eh?

Great job, sir! Congratulations on your positive results! It's a great feeling when you see improvements in both your overall health and weight!

You look way better in your after pic especially because youre not wearing a damn dodgers jersey! :-)

You look great. Congratulations! Seeing these transformation photos is encouraging; I'm just starting my weight-loss journey with Ozempic, so hearing about successful experiences helps me stay motivated.

Hey LabDad! I did change my diet, watched the carbs. As for working out, not much. Mostly just being a dad, chasing after kids. LOL. I hope to get back into a routine once it warms up.

It's so great to hear stories about people getting their lives back! My A1c wasn't quite as dire as yours, Wild_Dad, but it was creeping up, and I'm hoping to see similar results. Keep up the great work!
