Ozempic success at low dose!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Protein intake varies by person, but 1g per pound is pretty extreme. Without GLP access, I'd probably lean on phentermine, low-dose naltrexone, or generic diabetes meds from abroad, combined with strict diet control - either keto or plant-based with complex carbs.

Taking such a low dose honestly. Some people manage to lose weight at that level even though it's not the manufacturer's rec. But plenty of folks don't see real weight loss even after getting up to 5mg tirzepatide.

I'm a super responder but not in the weight-loss speed way. I just don't need much medication for effects. Never made it to full dose during my journey. Maintaining and still having to lower it as my body adjusts. Odd and grateful—made the loss easier and maintenance will be too.

Hope the lower dose keeps working out for you! I had some success on a lower amount myself too, but it all crept back within a couple months.

Thank you so much!! Feeling completely fine these days and just got labs back, everything came back perfect. Also starting to taper down off ozempic now, just dropped from 1mg to 0.5mg, so we'll see how that goes.

Currently testing my way from 1mg up toward 2mg. Never wanted total appetite suppression, just enough to feel normal hunger at mealtimes without cravings hitting me all day long. Working out well so far. Honestly think people chasing zero hunger through higher doses are shortchanging themselves, missing out on building real discipline and mental habits around eating. Just my two cents.
