Ozempic wins!

Just turned 35, and it feels amazing! It's not just about aesthetics; it's about reclaiming my health. A couple of years back, my POTS limited me to a mere 8 minutes on a recumbent bike. But I stuck with the dysautonomia exercise program and gradually built up to 30 minutes over a year. My amazing husband surprised me with an e-bike for my birthday, and now I can ride upright with him for 45 minutes!

I put in so much effort to improve my physical well-being, and then Ozempic came along and further reduced my inflammation and improved my insulin sensitivity. This had a positive ripple effect on other health issues I was dealing with.

I still face health challenges, but I'm a completely different person compared to 2-3 years ago. I'm incredibly thankful for my determination in getting to this point. ❤️

Sometimes I struggle to recognize the 'new' me. But I know the 'old' me would be incredibly proud.

Feeling fantastic > Looking fantastic. But yeah, looking great is a huge confidence boost, especially after dealing with physical limitations for so long. I can actually JOG now! Never could before. I'm super happy for you, OP.

I'm basically apocalypse-ready, and that's a great feeling.

Alright, I'm getting kinda interested, but I'm just really worried about the potential adverse effects... like drowsiness and feeling sick.

Thanks, everyone, for the kind words! I'm just so grateful I found something that works for me. I've been struggling with my health for so long, it feels amazing to finally be making progress.

It's good to be aware of potential side effects, Micro-Doser, and discuss them with your provider. Some people don't experience any, while others might have mild nausea that fades over time. It's different for everyone.
