people who drop faster usually start heavier, over 230 pounds or so. at your height and weight maintenance is probably around 1900 a day if you don't work out much. with that metabolism the max deficit loss is half a kilo weekly. what's your deficit looking like right now? I get how frustrating it is when you're plateauing.
 
Wait, so I can't reply to old threads? That makes zero sense. I didn't start anything about it, just joined the conversation. Read the guidelines already - not spamming meaningless stuff. My posts add substance here.
 
I'm at 7.5mg, losing steady, tolerating it well, no real side effects. My doctor wants to push to 10mg at the next visit just because it's been four weeks. I get the protocol but if things are working and I'm not stuck, I'm not sure why I'd increase. Maybe I'm missing something though.
 
Started with branded tirz and noticed a difference pretty quick. First week though? Only lasted 3-4 days. Now I'm at 10+ weeks on 3.5mg and it holds strong all week.
