Pep Sterility Fails - Big Deal?

I've got a bunch of this batch of MIX. Vacuum sealed with those desiccant packs in the freezer. When I get to them way later, I'll just mix and filter and start researching, and will probably have forgotten about this thread.

Yeah, I've been researching it. Once my rat adjusted, I tweaked the dose. It's 4 parts tirz and 1 part reta, plus 10% extra. Appetite is good. After being stuck for a month on tirz, this kicked off some more weight loss. Checking glucose daily - no issues. Happy rat.

I saw someone mention acute reactions to peps. Happened to me once. Tried a tiny bit of something, and felt like I had the flu within minutes. MS/UV showed 99% purity. I'm now much more careful.

grab sterile water or saline for injection—brand name if you can. you've got a solid month, maybe even 8 weeks according to some experts, though they won't officially say so. doesn't matter what anyone else tells you about two-week limits.

the issue is ph. mixing two vials of the same med is fine, same ph. but blending different things? they probably won't match and you risk damaging one or both. reconstituting all the peptides separately then mixing into one vial also doesn't work because of ph issues.

Can't hurt to be precise but 1% works fine. This is how Pfizer describes it: sterile, nonpyrogenic water with 0.9% (9 mg/mL) or 1.1% (11 mg/mL) benzyl alcohol as preservative. Multiple-dose container for repeated withdrawals. pH between 4.5 and 7.0. Right in the middle, easy to dose. Talked to several others and they all go 1%.
