Looking for some insights. My wife is 45, in great shape, doesn't need to slim down, but wants to firm up a bit and get her mojo back. She's been super active for years, but family life has taken over, and she's been stressed lately. She just wants a little boost to feel good again.
She recently discovered she has some thyroid antibodies, and while her tests are otherwise normal, she's concerned. Fitness and nutrition are pretty solid.
I could research peptides forever, but I'd love to hear what's actually worked for the women here on the forum. I know peptides aren't a fix-all, and there aren't many clinical trials. I see them as a helping hand.
