Pounds gone, fingers... not so much!

Nice work! Been on oz for seven months and I'm down thirty-nine pounds. I get the frustration with the hands. I'm five-eight-and-a-half, fifty-five, and honestly thrilled with how much is gone. Solid effort on your part.

Same here - appetite dropped but no other complaints. No constipation, no issues with alcohol or rich foods. Lost 69 pounds so far and things have been smooth overall.

Once the belly came off, my legs felt totally different. Like a weight lifted. That's when things started moving again on the scale too.

Body adjusts as doses go up, so early side effects fade even though the dose is higher. Food noise can creep back a little. Lower doses sometimes feel stronger at first just because it's new, then things normalize. If weight's still moving, usually fine.

Sounds more like you picked up a bug from the cruise, not the med. Tirz can make rich food hit harder but six months in it shouldn't come out of nowhere from pastries and a cocktail. Probably just bad timing—virus + injection. Stay hydrated and recover first.

Nine months on this, just got bumped to point-75. Physical side effects are minimal but the mood shift at month 6 was huge. The irritability, tiredness, the fog—all that was the med. Off everything else too. Now I'm thinking about skipping a dose and wondering how long it takes dopamine to come back. Anyone been through the mood thing and had it resolve?
