Pounds gone, fingers... not so much!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Nice work! Been on oz for seven months and I'm down thirty-nine pounds. I get the frustration with the hands. I'm five-eight-and-a-half, fifty-five, and honestly thrilled with how much is gone. Solid effort on your part.

Same here - appetite dropped but no other complaints. No constipation, no issues with alcohol or rich foods. Lost 69 pounds so far and things have been smooth overall.

Once the belly came off, my legs felt totally different. Like a weight lifted. That's when things started moving again on the scale too.

Body adjusts as doses go up, so early side effects fade even though the dose is higher. Food noise can creep back a little. Lower doses sometimes feel stronger at first just because it's new, then things normalize. If weight's still moving, usually fine.

Sounds more like you picked up a bug from the cruise, not the med. Tirz can make rich food hit harder but six months in it shouldn't come out of nowhere from pastries and a cocktail. Probably just bad timing—virus + injection. Stay hydrated and recover first.

Nine months on this, just got bumped to point-75. Physical side effects are minimal but the mood shift at month 6 was huge. The irritability, tiredness, the fog—all that was the med. Off everything else too. Now I'm thinking about skipping a dose and wondering how long it takes dopamine to come back. Anyone been through the mood thing and had it resolve?

Got engaged 60 lbs back and still have 20 to go. Ring started at a 6.5. Had it sized down a quarter size at one point. Now it's loose again, probably by half a size this time. So holding off on resizing until it's closer to the wedding date. Using one of those plastic ring guard spirals in the meantime to keep it from sliding off.

Losing weight's the best part! Losing padding in certain areas, less so. The real shock moment was dropping two ring sizes. Every ring had to move over to a bigger finger. Turns out there wasn't pudginess in the hands after all! Feet too!

Relate to this hard! Lost 67 pounds since September and picked up a ring to wear alongside my wedding band roughly four months back, now it needs resizing down again already. Definitely a good-problem-to-have situation, but still a little annoying honestly.

These days my rings hang from a necklace! Back when I was biggest a jeweler had to snip them off and resize them, and I felt so ashamed. Now I'm almost 80 pounds lighter and they slide right off. The necklace holds them until I hit goal and resize again, with 50 pounds left.

Mixed feelings here. Breast reduction at 22 for me, in shape but a 34I. They went to 34DD, then three more kids and they grew back to an H cup like I never had surgery, though the shape was way better. So far 20lbs are gone and they're shrinking, and I'm unsure how to feel. After years of special-ordering bras, finding one off a rack at VS or somewhere normal would be cool. But the husband loves big boobs and I have this nagging fear he's secretly bummed they're gone. Lovely guy, so it's no big issue, only something he wouldn't admit even when asked. Two cup sizes smaller now, and unsure what to think. Curvy suited me, and still does, but if 30 more lbs go I'll get too slender, and a C cup seems childlike to my brain.

probably the toughest part for me has been my feet and some pelvic floor weakening since theres no longer that natural cushioning back there anymore. lost so much padding in my feet that i actually dropped a shoe size, ripped through some expensive shoes i used to own over it. also noticed little dents forming in areas that shrank fast, like my neck and arms. not painful, just odd, is what people call ozempic fingers, where the fingertips look permanently wrinkled now.
