Running a moderate reta amount twice weekly, going on several months at this point. Food noise vanished from day one and a solid amount came off quickly. Lately though, food noise has started creeping back, thankfully mostly just around protein-rich foods, but there's genuine worry that returning hunger pangs could slide back into old habits with sweets and fried food. Because of that, a second compound is on the way to slowly and quietly work into the routine and see how it affects cravings. Also several weeks into a daily amount of a third compound, hoping it would speed up visceral fat loss, though results haven't been dramatic there.
