Reta alone, or stack for faster loss?

totally agree on holding tesa until close to goal. the protein and gym combination is the main lever for muscle during active loss - tesa has more impact when the fat loss is largely done and the recomposition piece becomes the focus. what does your current routine look like?

The fasted protocol for tesa and CJC targets the overnight growth window for lean mass preservation during active fat loss. The intent is typically less about muscle gain and more about minimizing the muscle loss that tends to accompany rapid weight reduction. If fat loss is the primary goal, reta alone tends to be the cleaner approach to evaluate before adding compounds.

One month solo before stacking is the right approach - gives you a baseline on how Reta alone affects appetite and energy before adding variables. The stacking conversation makes more sense after you know what the Reta floor looks like for you specifically.

Four months, 45 lbs, goal weight reached, and most muscle maintained - the resistance training and protein targeting is what makes that possible. For the OP not concerned about muscle, Reta alone is a simpler place to start before deciding whether to stack. Having the exercise foundation in place changes the outcome significantly.

Running a moderate reta amount twice weekly, going on several months at this point. Food noise vanished from day one and a solid amount came off quickly. Lately though, food noise has started creeping back, thankfully mostly just around protein-rich foods, but there's genuine worry that returning hunger pangs could slide back into old habits with sweets and fried food. Because of that, a second compound is on the way to slowly and quietly work into the routine and see how it affects cravings. Also several weeks into a daily amount of a third compound, hoping it would speed up visceral fat loss, though results haven't been dramatic there.

Really appreciate you taking the time on such a thorough reply. Helps a ton. Started out at 81 kilos on a frame that's shrunk to 166cm (used to stand 171, but 76 years of gravity does its thing...). That was my all-time heaviest, so I eased carefully into peptides starting with Reta microdosing back in late March (2.25mg twice weekly), layered in GLOW for a couple months hoping to address the sunken face and flattened backside from ozempic (didn't touch that, but oddly cured a bum knee), then layered in Tesa at 2mg a day eight weeks back targeting visceral fat (modest results there so far). Also folded in CJC-IPA to counter muscle loss, and that one seems to genuinely be delivering. Doing resistance training four times weekly, and both intensity and stamina have improved noticeably. Food noise is mostly gone, haven't touched chocolate, snacks, or processed stuff since starting Reta (thank goodness nobody around here sells those fries from Belgium!). Current struggle's fasting after dinner. Mine typically lands around 7 or later, but right before bed, around when my CJC-IPA shot's due, my body starts demanding yogurt or cottage cheese. Asked my AI assistant about it and got told not to stress, bedtime yogurt's fine since it helps hit my daily protei
