Reta and Cagri - help!

Hey all, I started using 2mg of Retatrutide and 250mcg of Cagrilintide, but I'm seeing zero results. Then I bumped it to 4mg and 500mcg, still nothing. I know I came off a hefty cycle of Tirzepatide too quickly, and I probably should've waited. Any suggestions?

Don't listen to me, people always jump on me if I mention exceeding dosages. But I personally was fine even at the highest accepted doses of both Reta and Cagri. Just my experience.

I've realized that if I want to overeat, I still can, although I usually regret it. It's much easier if I control my diet. If you let the Reta work, it will. The initial weight loss can be addictive, but Reta alone should give you a steady loss, making maintenance easier.

I started Reta at 1mg with .125mcg Cagri, then increased to 1.5mg Reta and .250mcg Cagri after coming off Tirzepatide (dosage of 15mg for about 5 months). I feel occasional hunger, but I think my body just needs something, so I eat a tiny amount. Feeling full comes on fast. I'm planning a 5lb range in my maintenance to decide my stable dose.

Give the Reta a few weeks to really saturate. I found it worked much better around weeks 3-4. I'd been on semaglutide for 5 months already, so I figured I'd already lost the easy weight by then.

I think a lot of people treat Reta like it's the same as Sema or Tirz. It's not. The Glucagon Receptor makes it a totally different game. Stacking it with anything before giving it time to work is a waste. If you don't think Reta is working, try injecting twice weekly to build it up faster due to its long half-life.

Yep stick with it Lee_1981. Some compounds just need time to build up in your system and start working effectively. Don't get discouraged too early!

Coming off tirz without a washout is likely the reason for zero results - receptor sensitivity needs 4-6 weeks to reset. If you're past that window, storage and injection technique are worth checking before bumping dose again.
