Reta - Anyone Feeling It?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
4mg is out of the question for me, 1 is plenty. Around week 6-7 currently, some hunger is coming back. My plate is mostly protein, roughly 75%, plus good carbs. The scale keeps dropping while my muscle holds steady. Honestly, big fan. Reta has completely shifted how I think about food and drinks.

Three weeks is early, so give it time and follow the recommended escalation schedule, you haven't reached a therapeutic dose yet. The trials show some low responders, but they're clearly a minority, and retatrutide looks like the strongest obesity drug so far for most people. I also think the trial numbers undersell what happens at the higher doses. Several participants have said online that once they hit their goal weight they quietly skipped doses and stashed pens instead of quitting or telling the provider. Not ethical, but understandable when you'd be cut off after the study and could regain. Compliance would probably be better if every participant were promised some follow-up maintenance treatment after the trial ends.

Appetite goes through phases for everyone, totally normal even on the med. No need to raise the dose right away, and I think following the manufacturer's guidance alongside your doctor matters, since the official instructions were at least properly tested, unlike other doses and methods. Honestly 5 mg is treating me well so far: I get to ponder what I fancy, eat a decent amount and live a fairly normal life. On 2.5 mg my appetite was basically dead, all food looked gross and I forced myself to eat, especially out. I want my appetite regulated but still enjoy a meal, even a few bites. I worried about health problems from so few nutrients, so I focused on protein, which I still do.
