Reta first impressions... normal?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
27M, 236 to 210 in 9 weeks on reta at that dose with the deficit is a strong result. The OP not severely overweight at 1mg is a different profile - the response at lower doses tends to be more modest but the first couple weeks are usually too early to judge. Protein first and cardio is exactly the right setup.

The 'having to force yourself to eat' phase is the signal that suppression is working well - the challenge shifts from hunger management to ensuring you still hit minimum protein and calorie targets. Porridge plus a protein shake is on the lower end of sustainable intake; worth making sure the protein target is covered before worrying about anything else.

Zero appetite suppression at 6mg is the non-responder experience and it does happen. The quality question is always worth asking when there's no effect at a dose where most people notice something. How long did you give it at 6mg before reaching that conclusion?
