Reta kinda working? Still unsure...

Too soon to call yet. Takes some folks longer to kick in. I didn't notice much at first either when I used a telehealth provider.
 
Delayed response is common enough to warrant a few more weeks before adjusting anything - early signal can still build into real suppression.
 
Day 6 at 0.5mg is very early - the suppression effect for reta typically starts showing more clearly around week 2-3 at that dose. The nausea you felt this morning is actually a signal it's working. Craving pizza at day 6 doesn't mean it's not working - the full appetite change takes longer to establish. Splitting doses early like you did can extend the side effect window, so it's worth giving a consistent dose schedule a few weeks before adjusting.
 
Four days after first dose for the second pin is reasonable spacing for the first week or two - you're still mapping how your body responds. The weekend timing buffer is smart. Give it a few more weeks before drawing strong conclusions about whether it's working.
