So, I've been on reta since mid-November, going from 2mg to 8mg now. I've dropped around 18lbs, aiming for maybe 28 more. Before this, I did strict carnivore for about half a year, then ketovore for another half, and lost like 65lbs total. My Garmin usually gives me a sleep score of 70-80, but since starting reta, it's been more like 50-60, and my training status is always low. Anyone else having this?
