Hey everyone,

I just started Reta recently and wanted to dig up the official phase 3 clinical trial info. Just trying to stay informed. I've been searching for a bit, but I'm new to this stuff, and any help would be awesome! Thanks! 🙂

Tons of great info over on this reddit: Check out another user's posts. He's a doc enrolled in one of the phase 3 trials. Lots of trial data and personal experiences.

Is Reta even safe? Seems kinda sus.

Anyway, try searching for Retatrutide studies from the drug manufacturer, the NIH, or the New England Journal of Medicine. They usually have info on the dosages used so far, how long they tested it for, the amount of weight lost, any side effects, etc. The FDA will probably use the same levels when/if they approve it.

I heard the manufacturer tested 1mg, titrating 2 to 4mg, 2 to 8mg, 4mg, titrating 4 to 8mg, and titrating 2 to 12mg. Half-life is 6 days. Do a lot of research.

Way back when, I snagged some dosage info from a New England Journal of Medicine article from June 2023. It covered the dosing and early results from a phase 2 trial.

I took a screenshot of the relevant part for easy access. Sharing it here.

PS. I thought Reta was amazing.

PPS. I had to stop. Heart problems. Major bummer.

It's not just Ozempic that's crazy expensive! All meds are. My Jardiance is insane, and regular Medicare patients can't afford it. Pharma's gotta chill on these prices. Ethically, it's wrong.
