Reta plateau at week 10 - dose up?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
A brutal first week like that is exactly why people need to stick with it - once you get past the initial phase the body adapts and it becomes sustainable. 20 lbs from 1mg with minimal muscle loss is a good early number. What dose are you on now and what's the trajectory been?

The rule-of-thumb is a rough guide - 'stay if losing' makes sense, but 'stay anyway if side effects' even without loss deserves a closer look. If side effects are at the level they're affecting quality of life and the scale isn't moving, holding through that combination longer doesn't serve either goal.

Starting April 6th as well. The jump from 1mg to 2mg is where most people feel it - .5mg steps are definitely easier on the system. 30 lbs and a plateau at week 10 is still a strong result. How's appetite at current dose?

the risk-calibration logic is sound. the downside of staying at 2.5 is just that you might need two doses, which is annoying but manageable. the downside of going to 5 before you're ready is actual bad side effects that can set the whole thing back. at 30 lbs in ten weeks there's no urgency here, the current dose is working.

Honestly sounds like a bad move. It's clearly working right where you're at, so no reason to bump the dose yet. You go up once you actually stall, and the next step for you would land at 7.5.

Bump the dose up, just not right before a vacation. An all-inclusive trip is basically guaranteed to add some weight back regardless.

Honestly I don't see an actual plateau on that chart. Also, nothing meaningful changes in just 7 days regardless. If it really was a plateau, bumping the dose might help, but even then you wouldn't notice anything in a week.
