Reta Schedule - too much hunger?

nad schedule on the 14-week mitochondrial program is solid. start 25mg, titrate to 50 then 100 over weeks. gives you time to feel how it hits. use good bac water, 5ml for 500mg vial. nad's thick. diluting helps syringe loading and injection sites. im crew if you're doing 100mg per ml.

For hunger between doses, injection timing matters as much as dose. If hunger returns at day 5-6, that's normal trough behavior. Adjusting when you pin to cover the hardest window is worth trying before increasing dose.

Virus timing is tricky with Reta because gastric emptying is already slowed and illness adds nausea load. Standard guidance: wait until you can hold food without nausea before dosing - usually 2-3 days post-fever. The 4-day interval gives you buffer. If you're still barely eating when the dose window hits, push it one more day rather than injecting on an empty stomach. Once eating normally, resume the 4-day interval from that reset point.

1mg start, then 0.5-1mg increments based on tolerance is the standard approach. Response varies too much for one universal schedule.
