I'm on week 11 of the needle:
Month 1: 0.25mg
Month 2: 0.5mg
Month 3: 1.0mg
I also started lifting weights combined with HIIT workouts, like, five times a week. Used to be a total couch potato. I'm really watching what I eat, tracking everything, aiming for around 1400 calories. I feel amazing, strong, loads of energy, but the scale hasn't moved a bit! I swear, before the shots, I could drop like 2-3 pounds a week just by eating clean. Yeah, the cravings were rough, but at least I saw results. What gives? Anyone got any advice?
