Hi everyone!
Just wanted to share that I'm in a bit of a plateau. The scale hasn't moved in nearly a month, and it's hard to not get discouraged. So, I'm posting a reminder to myself (and maybe to help others!) about the progress I've made so far.
Started back in March on 2.5mg, and now I'm taking 7.5mg. The scale is being stubborn, but the overall trend is still downwards, so I'm focusing on that.
SW: 346.5 lbs
CW: 306 lbs
GW: 240 lbs
Total lost so far: almost 41 pounds!
Plateaus suck, but they're normal, right? If you've experienced one, how did you get through it?
