Scale stuck? Check other progress markers!

Measurements, energy level, clothing fit, and sleep quality are the markers that move when the scale doesn't - tracking those during stalls is what keeps the perspective right. The scale often catches up in a week or two after it looks stuck.
 
the visible-floaters-equals-aggregates rule is the correct read - particles that appear in a clear solution after reconstitution are peptide aggregates that have partially denatured and precipitated out. filtering removes the visible fraction but does not address the soluble denatured portion, which is why the throw-it-away recommendation is the conservative and most defensible call. the cost of a vial is not worth the risk of injecting aggregated protein
