Alright, quick update. Got down to around 333, but then a steroid shot for my back threw things off. Gained like 6 pounds in the following days, which was a bummer. Knew it was coming, but still. Anyway, my official weigh-in day is Tuesday. Last Tuesday I was at 335, so not too bad. Woke up Wednesday feeling different, and this morning the scale said 331.5! Almost 20 pounds in 8 weeks on 2.5, averaging around 2.5 lbs per week.
So, question for everyone: if you weigh yourself randomly and see a drop, do you log it right away, or wait for your official weigh-in day?
