Sema almost a year 30+ down

210 to 178 on sema and holding after stopping is a solid result - the gym maintaining the loss without the medication is the behavior side of the equation working. The 15-20 you're still after becomes a lot more achievable with the muscle base you're building.
 
20 lbs in 5 months at a low sema dose while dealing with constant nausea and constipation is a tough experience. The OP going from 210 with a slower but more comfortable titration is a different path. Stopping because the side effects made it miserable is a completely reasonable call - what ended up happening after you stopped, and is switching to something else on the table?
