Been on it 6-8 months. Taking the shot before bed helps with side effects a ton for me. Also doing it mid-week instead of weekends so it's working when I'd normally overeat or go for sugary stuff. I feel it wearing off the night before and day of shot, so mid-week timing keeps me on track. Gaviscon works amazing for nausea—tastes awful but kicks in about 30 minutes.

Alcoholic here—was the longest I'd been sober in 10 years on semaglutide. Stopped (per gp) and wine cravings came back, gained 30lbs. Going back on this week because honestly, alcoholism and obesity are way more dangerous than any long-term side effects.

Hi! Been on sema a little over six months now. Lost what some might call a modest amount, went from 170 down to 135 lbs. Might sound silly, but I really wish someone had warned me how quickly a face can thin out, mine changed at surprising speed. Roughly sixty days before the wedding I had a shower, and comparing those pictures to now, the change in my face is dramatic.
