Sema: Feeling great at 5'1 and smaller!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Love the full feeling sema gives. Tirz alone wasn't cutting it and mixing them didn't help either, so I bumped my tirz to 12.5mg. Seems to be working now. I might stack them again someday, think they'd work well together. Staying at 12.5 for now and watching how my body reacts. If I need to go to 15mg, I will. Happy you found your combo!

That sounds amazing, really happy for you. honestly the combo of tirz and sema together has just worked perfectly for me forever now. I don't really follow a protocol anymore, just listen to what my body tells me

rough first 4 months for me too, still get them sometimes. grab a good probiotic, fiber, eat clean. junk food is what kicks the side effects for me now.

just bumped up to 1mg and spent an hour at my desk yesterday trying to breathe through the nausea. didn't even eat much, just a protein bar. my stomach's not cooperating with anything right now—anyone got food suggestions that won't make me feel sick?

the three meals without fasting is a completely valid structure - the hunger, mood, and shakiness pattern that fasting produces for some people is a real physiological response and not something to push through. protein yogurt at breakfast with some granola is a solid structure; it keeps glucose stable through the morning and the protein front-load means the medication's appetite suppression can take over through the middle of the day

the tangy-acidic food-for-nausea connection is real and underused in most protocol advice - the acidity in fermented, vinegar-based, or citrus foods seems to settle the stomach in a way that bland foods do not for some people, which runs against the intuitive advice to avoid anything stimulating when nauseous. the wheat berry with cranberry and vinegar-based salads are doing double duty as protein-and-fiber delivery and nausea management
