Lost about 25 pounds last year, came off it two months ago and gained back 8. Restarted at 1mg but nothing's happening—no appetite control, no loss. Worried I'm immune now or something.

just got prescribed this today and honestly i'm nervous. been the same weight for years and i'm worried i don't have the discipline for success. been dropping calories and sugar lately, upping protein. 38m, 326 lbs, 6 feet tall.
