Sema progress - 25lbs gone!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Covered the cost myself, and Sema ended up being the cheaper option. Twelve months in, I made the switch to Zep because I'd been fighting side effects, mostly nausea and exhaustion, for almost that entire stretch, and couldn't push my dose high enough to get past a five-month stall (Aug-Dec 2025) that came after my first 40 pounds. A few months after switching, I dropped another 30 pounds and these days I'm living pretty much free of any side effects! Wish I hadn't put off the switch just to save money, but honestly the better pick between the two really just comes down to whatever fits you personally.

43, 5'4, 227 back in January 2025, sitting at 155 today.

Still holding at just above half dose. The rough side effects have actually been driving a good chunk of the weight loss. Only move up once I've stalled for more than a month straight. Sick most days, running Sema this whole time.

Dealt with anxiety for a long stretch and I'm on medication for it. Things became genuinely unmanageable. Not fully sure whether it was the medication itself or some absorption issue, but I was struggling. Leaning toward absorption, since it wasn't until the effects wore off that the dose suddenly felt too strong. Called it a couple weeks back. Down a solid amount, nowhere close to my target yet. Sticking around to see whether anything newer comes out that might suit someone like me better.
