Sema success! One year in

just take your usual dose at usual time, but if side effects hang around longer than expected, you can wait. people don't always think about delaying doses. i write mine down in a note bc i've forgotten and second-guessed myself.

if money's tight, just track calories. 68kg is healthy depending on height — I'd focus on exercise and balanced diet rather than semaglutide. my shot wears off day 8–9, so by day 10 you'd definitely feel it stopping.

Eye issues might be from Mounjaro, but research leans more toward semaglutide alone (Ozempic/Wegovy) for this kind of nerve problem. Tirzepatide seems to stabilize the eye effects compared to sema by itself. Also closely tied to high blood pressure and sharp A1c drops. Monitor those numbers hard on Mounjaro. If you're having this rough a time and no results, talk to your doc about switching.
