Sema success! One year in

Hong Kong Yanpep International
just take your usual dose at usual time, but if side effects hang around longer than expected, you can wait. people don't always think about delaying doses. i write mine down in a note bc i've forgotten and second-guessed myself.

if money's tight, just track calories. 68kg is healthy depending on height — I'd focus on exercise and balanced diet rather than semaglutide. my shot wears off day 8–9, so by day 10 you'd definitely feel it stopping.

Eye issues might be from Mounjaro, but research leans more toward semaglutide alone (Ozempic/Wegovy) for this kind of nerve problem. Tirzepatide seems to stabilize the eye effects compared to sema by itself. Also closely tied to high blood pressure and sharp A1c drops. Monitor those numbers hard on Mounjaro. If you're having this rough a time and no results, talk to your doc about switching.

23 pounds in three months on the stack and basically nothing after stopping the Sema half of it is a really clear data point!! The Sema contribution to that combo is not subtle. Going back to it makes total sense when you have that kind of before/after reference.

Tirz for GIP and sema for GLP-1 as complementary rather than redundant is the mechanism argument for keeping the stack rather than switching. The OP's year success on sema alone suggests it's still doing its job. Adding tirz for the GIP angle is a different calculation than switching to tirz - were you running them together or just sema?

5 months on sema and switching due to gastric side effects is such a common path - and night and day on tirz is the version that makes you wish you'd switched earlier. The OP's year-in success on sema is the version where the side effects stayed manageable. Tracking everything is what makes the approach stick regardless of which medication. What's the next phase look like?
