Sema Victory! Lost 50lbs!

Started semaglutide around Thanksgiving last year, and as of yesterday, I've dropped over 50 pounds! Never thought I'd see the day. Got another 20-ish to go, but I'm playing the long game. Slow and steady wins the race, right? If I can do this, anyone can give it a shot!

Just a friendly reminder to everyone on the community:

We don't allow discussing or selling non-FDA approved versions of semaglutide. Please don't ask for or respond to DMs offering these, as they aren't endorsed by the subreddit.

Newbies, take a look at our FAQ. This is just to help, not to stop the conversation.

Totally agree with all the congrats! You're doing great. Love the measured pace you're taking.

That's amazing. Are you incorporating any workouts? I'm not seeing any movement on the scale, and I'm barely eating.

Big congrats! What a transformation! My girls are just sad and deflated since I've lost about 30 pounds.

Yeah, I've been at it for about 2 months now, and I'm seeing some changes, but it's not as fast as I was hoping. Gotta keep at it!
Don't give up, Drew71! It can be frustrating when progress is slow, but even small changes are still changes. And remember, everyone's body responds differently. Maybe try tracking your measurements in addition to weight, sometimes the scale doesn't tell the whole story.
