Sema vs Tirz: Anyone Switching?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Been on it since last August, started at 285 and now at 215. Life-changing for my health but clothes don't fit anymore and I have no idea what size I am. Wearing the same three belted pants tight and oversized shirts for weeks. My brain still sees 285 me in the mirror. Reaching for 2XL out of habit. That scale-to-mirror disconnect is messing with my head.

that study is interesting but 20% feels high—that'd basically mean cycling is worse than placebo, which could be a thing. human studies would help but BP isn't funding that. opposite result would mean stopping and restarting is fine, switching between glp-1s is fine. BP wants continuous use though.

Tirz has been subjectively and objectively more effective with fewer side effects for the sema-to-tirz switch - that is the consistent majority experience. Starting fresh means comparing from a clean slate rather than dealing with residual tolerance. Most people who switch report the hunger suppression difference is noticeable within the first dose or two.

the subjective part is the part that gets glossed over in comparisons. 1.5 years on tirz and finding it just works is real data. the better vs worse framing only makes sense relative to what each person's body is actually responding to. whether to switch depends a lot on why you're considering it.
