Sema worked?! Still can't believe it!

Okay, so picture this: me at my heaviest, 240lbs back in '19. Now flash forward to last night, and I'm a cool 138lbs. That's 102lbs gone, with 62 of those vanishing in the last six and a half months thanks to sema. I was aiming for 150 originally, but that wasn't quite in the healthy BMI zone, so I pushed a bit further. Honestly, I didn't think I could do it. Meeting with my doc next Friday to chat about maintenance. Might even drop another pound or two before then, who knows? I'm just so stoked! But also kinda freaked out about keeping it off. It's either lose or gain, like, what's maintain even mean? Hoping the doc's got a solid plan!

Thanks for posting! Quick reminder: no discussing non-approved stuff or trying to buy/sell anything here. If someone DMs you selling stuff, ignore them. Check out the if you're new. Just a friendly reminder!

First, huge congrats! I highly recommend seeing a registered dietitian if your insurance covers it. They helped me maintain my weight without feeling deprived. Also, don't get too hung up on BMI; it's not the most accurate way to measure health. It doesn't consider body composition. What really matters are your lab results and how you're feeling!

What a fantastic transformation! You look incredible! Congrats! Please update us on how maintenance is going.

Woww you look FAB!!! So, did you do super intense workouts??? I've been on it for 5 months now, and I'm a super slow responder. I have no clue what I'm doing wrong lol 🥹🥹🥹🙃🙃🙃🙃😌😌😌😩😩🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️😂😂😂🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤯🤯🤯🤯

I tried to walk more, but nothing crazy. Maybe talk to your doctor about your dosage?
