Started at 280, my healthy BMI number lands around 135, haven't seen that since middle school. Lowest I'd ever gotten as an adult was 171, back when I was hardcore dieting and hitting the gym five days a week. Now twelve weeks into wegovy and 22 pounds down. Up to 1.5mg currently, and disordered eating's been a real struggle, paid the price plenty for overindulging or making bad calls with food. But it wasn't until hitting that 1.5 jump that food noise really shifted, especially around alcohol, which used to be a whole day's worth of calories every single evening. That jump killed my interest in both food and drinking almost overnight. Still working on portion control since my body's fullness cue kicks in only once I've usually already overdone it, so I have to watch closely or things sit uncomfortably for a full day, learned that the hard way after getting sick from overdoing it post-fast. Also had to scale back on weed since the munchies kept beating the glp1, but since that 1.5 bump I'm handling it so much better, actually able to ignore cravings now!!
