Makes sense to lean into reta instead. Worth committing to a solid 12mg reta amount and dropping tirz entirely. Expect the pace to slow from here, but there should still be steady movement. Also watch food choices closely, since edging toward 30% total loss isn't typical territory. Running reta doesn't mean eating carelessly if the goal is past that 30% mark. That's a lot of weight. Even five pounds a month at this stage still counts as solid progress.
