Sleeping well but waking up once a night...

Anyone else dealing with this on reta? No matter how exhausted I am, I always wake up once during the night. Falling back asleep isn't an issue, just annoying regardless. Looking for solutions here, would really like to sleep straight through. Thanks.

Dealt with the exact same thing early on, started taking magnesium roughly sixty minutes ahead of sleep and it made a real difference. Still get up once or twice a night, but usually just for the bathroom or to switch positions.

I take something to help me sleep on shot days, the insomnia gets pretty rough without it. Also tend to wake up more through the night, fully alert, but just push myself to stay still and rest. Usually drift back off within the hour.

Sleep. Reta genuinely can disrupt it. Start putting effort into good sleep habits now before it becomes an issue. About three months into reta myself and I've finally landed on a routine that gets me sleeping well. All that extra fluid, protein, and fiber intake can have you getting up once or twice overnight for the bathroom too.

Seems like your approach is already on the right track. Just be sure resistance training's part of the mix too. Signaling to your body that those muscles are actively being used and needed helps a lot with holding onto them.

Do you take reta morning or night? I woke around two hours after I lay down (maybe 3-4 hours following my 1mg reta dose) and could not fall back asleep for hours. Unusual for me to wake without cause.

How many weeks did it take after your reta dose stabilized for sleep to settle? Mine's the same, awake at five for nothing and hoping to doze off for another hour lol.

Reta is my first peptide, started lately, and I noticed an odd reaction around sleep. I sleep fine generally and never had trouble, but on reta I sleep slightly better. The notable thing, which I see as an upside, is that waking up costs me nothing now: I feel instantly fresh and ready to go, which is new for me. The flip side: a mild sleepiness lingers for most of the day. Its not the kind where I need a nap right away or Ill crash, but it didnt happen this often before reta. And the final part: even when Im sleepy and low on energy, it doesnt take long to shake it. If its gym time I focus, and when I arrive at training my energy is high and Im raring to go. Strange feeling overall, but I cant complain, it gives me more advantages.

For 5 days running I've been up by 4. I wake around 3:30 to pee and can't get back to sleep, so I simply get out of bed. No job to rush to anyway. The recent time change has been rough on me too. Slept well last night though and got up at 5:45, in my normal 5:30-6:30 range. The 6mg increase happened two weeks back, and Reta as a whole has never disrupted my sleep.
