Slow and steady wins the race?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
seems like going slow is the way to go based on what everyone's saying here. makes sense to not rush the dose increases if you don't need to - might as well take your time and actually enjoy the experience.

Started in January myself at 214 and hovering around 180 now. Still on the starter amount because I wanted steady progress without the skin issues. Plus my wallet is definitely happier about it.

The next stretch should go well if you keep your eating and exercise steady. Fair warning though - you'll hit plateaus where the scale won't budge. My first weeks on the med dropped like crazy, then it became slow and steady.

Hi Cassie! Glad folks are getting their orders. Mine's stuck and I'd like the refund now. Over 40 days and just that first UPS label. I'm posting an update on the forum today and I'd love to tell everyone how smooth you were with the refund. What do you think?

been on ozempic just over a year and it's worked great overall. brought my a1c down and got me out of diabetic range. weight-wise though, dropped 90 lbs but stuck at the same number for a few months now. anyone else hit that wall?

Started at 1mg planning to go up but 3 lbs per week at that dose means there's no pressure to increase. Staying at 1mg until the rate slows is the practical response when you don't want to sacrifice muscle. The 4th weekly dose working this well at 1mg is a great position to be in.

Holding a dose that's producing loss is the right call even when it feels like things could go faster - going up while losing just adds side effects without adding meaningful effect. The plateau is the actual trigger for re-evaluating the dose, not the calendar.

Same pen as you here, over in the UK. Have to screw a fresh needle on each time. I'm at 7.5mg now and only really started dropping weight once my dose climbed. Don't lose hope yet.
