seems like going slow is the way to go based on what everyone's saying here. makes sense to not rush the dose increases if you don't need to - might as well take your time and actually enjoy the experience.
Started in January myself at 214 and hovering around 180 now. Still on the starter amount because I wanted steady progress without the skin issues. Plus my wallet is definitely happier about it.
The next stretch should go well if you keep your eating and exercise steady. Fair warning though - you'll hit plateaus where the scale won't budge. My first weeks on the med dropped like crazy, then it became slow and steady.

been on ozempic just over a year and it's worked great overall. brought my a1c down and got me out of diabetic range. weight-wise though, dropped 90 lbs but stuck at the same number for a few months now. anyone else hit that wall?
