Stacking peps for fat loss?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
The tailbone pain from fat loss is underreported - the protective padding goes before the sitting mechanics can adapt. A coccyx cutout cushion removes the pressure point rather than just redistributing it, which works better than standard foam. Posture adjustment takes longer because it is a muscle pattern change.

MOTS-C for fat loss stacks well with cardio - the mitochondrial activation is most pronounced when combined with aerobic exercise.

The zinc-plus-GHK-Cu pairing suggestion comes from GHK's role as a copper-binding peptide - the idea is that supporting copper metabolism with zinc keeps the system balanced. The evidence base for that specific supplementation is thin but it's a low-risk addition if you're going to try GHK-Cu anyway.

The hunger complaint without naming the medication is the Reta experience for a lot of people at lower doses. The GLP with stronger hunger suppression is usually Tirz or high-dose sema before switching. What you're currently using changes the stack advice pretty significantly.

The different stability windows and reconstitution frequency across compounds is the main logistics challenge of running multiple peptides at once - the ones that require weekly reconstitution set the cadence for everything else. Letting GHK-Cu sit after reconstitution before first use is a tip that comes up consistently.

3mg/wk reta with high protein and consistent training is actually a pretty complete picture for fat loss. The fat loss plus muscle gain at that dose is the combination that happens when the appetite control frees up space for the training to work properly. If a stack is on the table, starting with just the reta at a low dose first gives you a cleaner baseline than jumping into multiple compounds at once.

Was running 4mg and realized my protein intake wasn't cutting it, kept shedding weight, around 10kg or 20 pounds. Bumped up protein plus added creatine, and started pushing resistance training harder too.

Weight's plateaued around 88kg or 180 pounds, but my body seems to be reshaping nicely regardless. Abs are starting to peek through, shoulders broadening, overall more defined. Hoping water retention from the creatine explains the stall, since I'm definitely still running a solid calorie deficit.

Planning to hold steady another couple weeks before pushing to 5mg, and possibly 6mg down the line.

Considering mixing in klow or glow along with something else. Want to properly research compatible options alongside Reta. Fairly content running Reta solo honestly, but figure might as well go further since I've already started down this path.
