Stacking Tirz and Reta? Thoughts?

Cross stacking is a really useful way to frame it. Coming down on the Tirz as the Reta ramps up rather than running full doses of both simultaneously is the approach that tends to work best. The maintenance split of 4mg Tirz and 8mg Reta is a good end-state to keep in mind when figuring out where to settle.
 
35 pounds down in about three months, so it's clearly doing something. Still on the same kit I take it? This is why I've kept my Tirz around - Reta's great for me but doesn't bring enough appetite suppression alone, so I stack them. Probably going to add a touch of Elora the next time progress stalls out.
 
Tried basically every diet imaginable, even went through gastric bypass surgery, but tirz is what finally cracked the code for me. That said. Over the past half year I've watched the number creep upward gradually despite zero changes to my workouts or how much I eat. Somewhere around 10 lbs total over that stretch, which honestly counts as slow for my history. Suspect that mental chatter around food has started returning a bit too. Still holding at the top dose, injecting once weekly. Floated the idea of stacking in reta or a cagri compound at one point, but wanted to try once more gathering everyone's actual experience with what's worked for them. Or should sema enter the mix instead? Genuinely torn on the smartest next move.

What's your own experience been like? Ready to move on this right now, can't sit with this feeling any longer. Refuse to slide back to where I started.

Wouldn't do it just for the sake of doing it, but with a solid reason behind it, stacking can genuinely make sense. Heart rate went up a bit on tirz, came back down some since but still runs a touch higher, though adding reta didn't push it further. Guessing if a bump already showed up from tirz alone, adding a small reta amount probably won't add much more, but if that bump never happened, it might be more likely to show up. Either way, side effects from a conservative combination like that seem unlikely to be significant.
