Stacking Tirz and Reta? Thoughts?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Cross stacking is a really useful way to frame it. Coming down on the Tirz as the Reta ramps up rather than running full doses of both simultaneously is the approach that tends to work best. The maintenance split of 4mg Tirz and 8mg Reta is a good end-state to keep in mind when figuring out where to settle.

35 pounds down in about three months, so it's clearly doing something. Still on the same kit I take it? This is why I've kept my Tirz around - Reta's great for me but doesn't bring enough appetite suppression alone, so I stack them. Probably going to add a touch of Elora the next time progress stalls out.

Tried basically every diet imaginable, even went through gastric bypass surgery, but tirz is what finally cracked the code for me. That said. Over the past half year I've watched the number creep upward gradually despite zero changes to my workouts or how much I eat. Somewhere around 10 lbs total over that stretch, which honestly counts as slow for my history. Suspect that mental chatter around food has started returning a bit too. Still holding at the top dose, injecting once weekly. Floated the idea of stacking in reta or a cagri compound at one point, but wanted to try once more gathering everyone's actual experience with what's worked for them. Or should sema enter the mix instead? Genuinely torn on the smartest next move.

What's your own experience been like? Ready to move on this right now, can't sit with this feeling any longer. Refuse to slide back to where I started.

Thanks in advance for any input.

Wouldn't do it just for the sake of doing it, but with a solid reason behind it, stacking can genuinely make sense. Heart rate went up a bit on tirz, came back down some since but still runs a touch higher, though adding reta didn't push it further. Guessing if a bump already showed up from tirz alone, adding a small reta amount probably won't add much more, but if that bump never happened, it might be more likely to show up. Either way, side effects from a conservative combination like that seem unlikely to be significant.

When I first got into peptides I had no idea mixing tirz and reta wasn't recommended. Ran both together for three months anyway, lost 20 pounds, and honestly it worked better for me than anything else I'd tried. I used to be the type who'd wake up two or three times a night just to eat - didn't count if it happened at night, right? During that stretch I never once woke up for a midnight snack. But once I stopped running them together and went back to cycling separately, the food noise came right back, and so did the midnight eating. Good luck to you!

Mine is 7.5mg Tirz on Friday and 3mg Reta on Tuesday. Lots of people here run both in different mixes. You have to find your own fit. For food noise, Tirz looks like the obvious pick.

Honestly my pick is mostly irrational, gut feeling over logic. Been on a low tirz dose (1 to 1.5) since last December. Hitting a plateau, I somehow chose to slowly add reta instead of upping tirz, and that helped. Some weeks no tirz at all. Today: 2mg tirz plus 2.5mg reta, the last of the vial, about 19 days after my previous shot. No weight loss lately, probably undereating. Years spent trying to eat less, and now I can't eat unless I'm truly hungry. It's a problem :/

Currently 15mg tirz every 6 days, 6mg reta every 6 days and 3mg cagri every 6 days, each staggered by 2 days. No stomach trouble; I suspect I could put away half a chicken today with just a mild upset. I do not seem to respond to really reta or cagri as strongly as others. I began the triple stack five months ago really to break a stall, though it was probably just homeostasis at 10mg tirz with 18% lost, 41lbs. The stack started at 10mg tirz, 1mg reta, .5 cagri. Since then I lost another 17 lbs, now right at 60, reaching a new balance at 26% lost. I moved to the stack because raising tirz gave me allodynia/dysesthesia and worsened my tinnitus. The sensitive skin and tinnitus stuck around, though eased. This week I added tesamorelin at 1mg.

Sunday is reta at 3mg, Tuesday .13mg of sema, Thursday tirz at 9mg. My tip is smaller doses spread over the week. Keep tinkering with the stack until you're genuinely happy with it. I'm rarely hungry, but never 'forgetting to eat' or repelled by food either. My normal meals get eaten through the day and feel satisfied.

I'd wait several weeks after switching to reta from tirz before stacking anything on top. Jumping straight in doesn't always go smoothly if you dropped the first for the second. I kept tirz going while adding reta instead. The two peptides act differently and feel different in the body. You're giving up the appetite suppression from tirz, and people new to reta tend to complain about that part.
