Stacking Tirz + Cagri

Been on GLP medication for two years now. Lost 75 pounds but still have another 30 to 35 to go. Progress has slowed substantially over the past year, though it was never particularly fast to begin with. Losing about a pound monthly at most currently. Had several stalls, entire months with zero movement. Definitely gained muscle though. Happy with where things stand physically and happy with the direction overall. Just trying to close out this last stretch and hit the target. Bmi currently sits at 30. Have four months left in my current tirz supply. Thinking about adding cagri to push past these repeated stalls. After two years on this, feels like something more is needed. Current dose is a higher amount, tried going even higher with no real difference. Wondering if anyone's pairing these two together. Also curious, if calories drop significantly, what happens transitioning into maintenance mode later? Currently sitting around 1600 calories daily, lifting three times weekly.

Still running my usual three. Tirz roughly every week and a half, sema three days after that, cagri around day 5 following the tirz shot. Currently 10mg tirz, down from 15, holding sema at 2mg after coming down from a higher starting amount. Occasionally do 2mg cagri but can skip it a few extra days without issue. Seem to tolerate moving 2-4 units up or down across all three without any sides. Almost dropped cagri entirely but it seems to give me a noticeable energy boost. Did drop tesofensine though, still miss that one honestly. What's your current setup look like?

My approach mirrored yours, ramping reta up while tapering tirz down. Worked out exactly like I hoped. Sitting at 2mg reta weekly now with zero tirz since food noise just isn't an issue. Open to adding a small amount of tirz back if needed. Losing weight much quicker now, roughly ten pounds shy of my first target of 160, down from 205. Once I hit that I'll think about maintenance or going lower.

Feels no different than tirz did honestly. Kind of surprised since I expected some food noise even on reta by itself, but you really can't predict how these things hit different people. Right now I'm filing it as reta for cutting, tirz for holding steady, though that could shift.
