Stacking Tirz + Cagri

Been on GLP medication for two years now. Lost 75 pounds but still have another 30 to 35 to go. Progress has slowed substantially over the past year, though it was never particularly fast to begin with. Losing about a pound monthly at most currently. Had several stalls, entire months with zero movement. Definitely gained muscle though. Happy with where things stand physically and happy with the direction overall. Just trying to close out this last stretch and hit the target. Bmi currently sits at 30. Have four months left in my current tirz supply. Thinking about adding cagri to push past these repeated stalls. After two years on this, feels like something more is needed. Current dose is a higher amount, tried going even higher with no real difference. Wondering if anyone's pairing these two together. Also curious, if calories drop significantly, what happens transitioning into maintenance mode later? Currently sitting around 1600 calories daily, lifting three times weekly.

Still running my usual three. Tirz roughly every week and a half, sema three days after that, cagri around day 5 following the tirz shot. Currently 10mg tirz, down from 15, holding sema at 2mg after coming down from a higher starting amount. Occasionally do 2mg cagri but can skip it a few extra days without issue. Seem to tolerate moving 2-4 units up or down across all three without any sides. Almost dropped cagri entirely but it seems to give me a noticeable energy boost. Did drop tesofensine though, still miss that one honestly. What's your current setup look like?

My approach mirrored yours, ramping reta up while tapering tirz down. Worked out exactly like I hoped. Sitting at 2mg reta weekly now with zero tirz since food noise just isn't an issue. Open to adding a small amount of tirz back if needed. Losing weight much quicker now, roughly ten pounds shy of my first target of 160, down from 205. Once I hit that I'll think about maintenance or going lower.

Feels no different than tirz did honestly. Kind of surprised since I expected some food noise even on reta by itself, but you really can't predict how these things hit different people. Right now I'm filing it as reta for cutting, tirz for holding steady, though that could shift.

Been on tirz a full year, sitting at 12.5mg currently but pushed as high as 15mg at one point. Did a year of sema before that. All told I'm 76 pounds down with roughly 30 left. Progress has slowed to a crawl though, never exactly fast to begin with. Running about half a pound to a pound monthly right now, coming off a four month stall before that. Weighing whether to shift tirz to every 5-6 days or just move to Reta entirely. Anyone dealt with something similar? Part of me is content with the slow pace, but two years into this journey I'd really like to close the gap.

Hit my third and final target of 190 this past weekend. Now figuring out my next move. Just picked up some Cagri to help manage cravings while tapering down on Reta. Still planning to land somewhere around 4-5mg long term for the other perks it offers. That's the current plan anyway. Have plenty stocked up to last a good while. Honestly don't care what newer GLPs come out since this combination just clicks for my body. Focus now shifts to strength training to rebuild whatever muscle I lost along the way.

On GLP meds two years now, 75 pounds down, still have another 30 to 35 to go. Things have really slowed the past year, maybe half a pound a month if I'm lucky, with several stretches of zero movement. Muscle's up though, and I'm happy with where I'm at and where this is heading. Just trying to close out this last chunk and reach the target. BMI's sitting at 30 right now. Got about three months of tirz left in supply. Just added cagri to the mix hoping for some movement, started at 250mcg two days back and nothing yet. How fast can this be titrated up? Never had sides with tirz so figuring cagri might treat me the same way. Currently running 12.5mg tirz every 6 days. Anyone else on this combo? Got reta on hand too if this doesn't pan out, but want to use up the tirz first.

If you're reaching your minimum calories with protein, let it roll. Humans love to tinker with whatever already works lol. One theory says GLPs have a window of peak effect, with most of the results arriving in roughly the first year before a plateau. Not sure I buy it, but my sister got a tirz prescription, then lost insurance coverage, and after she moved to another supply she barely gets what she got the first time.

wittyjoggeraf Oh interesting, count me in on trying this. Same boat here. About 10 pounds from goal and the scale has shown one number for 13 months, so frustrating. Early this year I layered reta over tirz for roughly two months but hated the higher resting heart rate and poor sleep. I have thought about shifting my 15mg tirz to every 6 days, but a 5 day rotation with the smaller 12.5 dose sounds fun to test. Whatever breaks the plateau is welcome (tirz has my love and trust, and I want to keep using it before elora or cagri or anything else).
