I wish I'd known that probiotics can really help with digestive issues (nausea, throwing up, upset stomach, heartburn, burps, reflux – all that!). A daily yogurt is good, but I added supplements when I realized how well probiotics work. Start now!
Also, psyllium husk helps both with diarrhea and constipation, which are both common. Start that now too!
Greasy, rich, sugary, or spicy foods will likely go right through you, no matter how much psyllium you take.
And alcohol and carbonated drinks aren't your friends. The bubbles in carbonated drinks can be especially awful with the slow digestion. You'll just feel super bloated for a while.
