Sticking with the .25 dose?

The 0.25 starting dose feels too low but the side effects window is real. Most of the worst hits in the first few weeks - nausea, fatigue, that vaguely off feeling in the 24-48h post-injection. A lot of people want to quit exactly when their body is adjusting. The week 1 drop is mostly water weight shifting as appetite drops and glycogen depletes. Weeks 3-4 show a slower pace that's more representative of actual loss. If side effects are the main issue, holding at 0.25 longer is worth it - dose bumps typically intensify things before they settle. Get to week 6 before drawing conclusions.

The 0.25 dose is designed for 4 weeks minimum before the question of titrating comes up - the first week 8 lb drop then 2 lbs is the typical settling pattern.

Staying at 0.25mg when it's still producing results is the right clinical call regardless of what the standard titration says - the protocol exists as a floor, not a ceiling, and letting your body's response guide the timing rather than the calendar is how you avoid the GI effects that come with forcing dose increases prematurely. The fact that 8 lbs dropped in the first week and continued steadily is exactly the kind of response that doesn't need adjustment.
