Stress bringing back food cravings?

exactly my experience. mounjaro a year and a half—amazing loss and appetite control. then started trintellix and appetite went poof, gained weight back. been wanting to taper but was on celexa 5 years prior, thought switching was smart. so wrong. don't know if i should quit meds altogether now.
 
had to stop for a month due to surgeries. the hunger came back like crazy plus blood sugar control tanked. already worried about slowing weight loss anyway. can't wait to restart next week. doc warned me it's lifetime maintenance.
