I totally get this. It's a different kind of appetite suppression. That 'head cold' feeling can be a sign of dehydration. Make sure you're drinking plenty of water and electrolytes.HikingMama_NC said:I went from 1mg week 1, to 2mg week 2, then 3mg week 3 of reta.
