Thinking about switching to Sema from Reta

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Currently running reta at 3mg weekly, and back at the very start, just 1mg, the weight loss momentum felt incredible for a good stretch. These days though, it's like nothing's registering anymore, which has me considering pushing to 4mg. Trouble is my resting pulse jumped roughly 20 points and that's not something worth chasing further. So now I'm leaning toward trying sema instead when my next round begins. Curious what starting dose makes sense and how the experience typically differs from reta.

Yes, nausea's more likely with one particular compound. The other could bump up heart rate instead. Plenty of ways things could go sideways honestly. Stay cautious out there.

That particular number doesn't correspond to a standard dosing unit for that medication. Converting it to the actual milligram equivalent would be needed before switching providers.
