This thing is changing everything!

I've fought the battle of the bulge my whole life. Tried every diet under the sun and exercised until I dropped. Nothing really worked long-term. But for the last 12 weeks, it's been a total 180. My relationship with food? Completely different. I actually listen to my body now. I want nutritious foods. I actually enjoy working out and pushing my limits. And my blood sugar? The biggest shock. It's way more stable than it's been in the past 13 years since being T1D. I'm using maybe 30% less insulin. The boost in confidence has been unreal. And get this - I'm hitting the big 5-0 in a month and a half. I might actually ditch this spare tire. It feels achievable now, which never did before. People struggling with inflammation, autoimmune issues, long-term health problems, diabetes, or PCOS NEED access to this. I'm a believer for life! 🥰

You look fantastic! I also have T1D and PCOS, and just one month on this medication has already made a huge difference in my life. Kudos to you for putting in the effort to create a happier and healthier version of yourself! ☺️

Fellow T1 and PCOS sufferer here! I've been on this since last spring. I've dropped over a hundred pounds, and my daily insulin went from a consistent 100 units to somewhere between 35 and 45!

Congrats! I have type 1 and I'm on a pump. I'm starting a GLP-1 next week. How long after starting did you need to adjust your insulin? And does your health insurance cover the costs?

Amazing transformation! Besides the physical improvements, it's great to hear things are improving internally too. Huge congratulations!

I'm finding that some foods just don't taste the same anymore. Anyone else experiencing this? I'm grateful for the meds and how they're helping me, but it's wild how things taste different now. Everything is either too salty or the texture is off, or just tastes...wrong.

Huge congrats! It's been mind-blowing for me too.
I'm with you!

I'm only a month into this journey, but I'm down almost 20 pounds! Honestly, the best part is not constantly thinking about food. It's incredibly freeing! I'm looking forward to getting healthier.

I'm on week six at the lowest dose, and some days I can barely eat anything. Nothing seems appealing. So I force myself to eat something, then power through it. Glad to see I'm not alone in this!

I've noticed that I'm really craving fruit instead of junk food. It might not be perfect for macros, but at least it's actual food and nutrition. I'll take it!
