Tips for upping my sema dose?

Starting the Mounjaro this week. Already ate well before starting. Lost 30 on my own already, going into week 4 now and nothing yet. Hoping my body adjusts soon.
 
12.5mg worked well for me. When on 10mg, scale stuck a month. Added more. Did 11mg two weeks, lost one then gained back. Doc suggested 12.5mg. That dose got things moving. Know results vary but worth a shot for you.
 
Started 195, down to 152. Lost 6 inches from hips and waist, went down 4 band sizes up top. Got 7 more to shed then I'm going to taper back down carefully so I don't crash into hunger as the meds wear off. Really grateful for this.
 
takes a couple doses to feel the full effect of a new dose for me. you'll eventually hit one where eating through the signals has real consequences. mine was 1.5. stay at a dose as long as you're losing, if you're flat for a couple months then go up.
 
GH's cheaper than Tesa and works better. Tesa plus IPA's a mix if you want, but you're paying 20-35% more for less effect. Why boost GH output—weight loss, muscle, healing?
 
This one's been on my list. Tried it briefly before switching—loved the deep sleep I got at 1mg nightly. Research says you need 26 weeks to max it out. Planning the common protocol: 2mg on, 2 days off, 5 days on repeat. Heard the downside is visceral fat can creep back after cycling, though lifestyle habits might help with that.
