Tirz 15mg --> Reta dose recs?

I was in the same boat at around 12.5 for a while and felt the appetite suppression fading. My doctor suggested bumping up to 15 and honestly it worked. I was losing and regaining the same 5 pounds before that. I'm thinking I'd give the 15 a solid month or two before adding another medication to the mix, just to see if it does what it should on its own. You've already done the hard work losing 90 pounds so you know your body pretty well at this point. Maybe track how you feel over the next few weeks and then reassess?

Honestly the math is tricky. Depends on your weekly amount and how many mgs you pull from each vial. Higher strength bottles tend to save money if you're dosing consistently, but you gotta factor in overfills and leftovers too.

Hit my target weight finally and now figuring out the next phase. Got plenty of Tirz stockpiled, so I'm easing down and watching the scale. No want to end up too thin at this age, maybe 15 pounds buffer feels right. A maintenance corner would be gold.

I didn't mention 30 mg specifically. What I said was that the dose should go past the 15 mg level that got FDA approval. Perhaps that's the source of your reaction.

Why switch between them? CJC+Ipamorelin boost growth hormone; BPC+TB500 help tissues heal. Totally different compounds. I'd use BPC/TB only when you're fixing an injury, not as ongoing maintenance. And skip blends — dosing flexibility matters and 1:1 ratios aren't optimal.

Good to hear it's gonna improve. You two can check how she feels after this first week before bumping the dose. It's wild how different everyone's experience is — tiny dose hit me hard and I had trouble eating enough, but no major fatigue.

Nice - stacking sounds like you're experimenting smart. Adding reta low and adjusting as you go gives you real data on what your body actually needs. Energy on top of appetite suppression is the combo everyone wants. Trust what you're feeling this week and dial it in from there.

Spent weeks shuffling my AM and PM timing trying to cut down from twice-weekly shots to just once per compound. Got tired of all the pinning honestly. Settled on one Tirz one Reta per week after some trial and error with the schedule. Peaking times line up better now and the whole routine feels way less of a burden.

I finally reconstituted my reta today and I'm planning to start this weekend. My next tirz injection is tomorrow - I split dose usually - and I'm wondering if I should do both at the same time or stagger them. I'm thinking really small with reta, maybe 0.5, but I don't want any surprises if I pin them together.

I'm a tirz vet myself - been on it for almost a year now and results are slowing down. Dose is already pretty high, near the limit, so reta might be my next move. Hoping it hits different for me once I switch. Just following along on your experience to see how it goes.

Low dose stacking never made sense to me either - feels like you're wasting time at that level. Push it to therapeutic and then you'll actually feel the difference. Running small doses alongside each other just muddies the water.

Coming off 15mg tirz, start Reta at 2-4mg. The hunger pattern shifts - tirz front-loads satiety, Reta builds more gradually.

Coming off 15mg Tirz to Reta means starting conservatively - most people begin at 1-2mg weekly and titrate based on suppression. The protocol history you have is useful baseline for where the Reta floor will land.
